Save Money With Apple

Apples products can be expensive, since they lead the market in popularity! But there are lots of great ways to save money!

  • Used iPods. Used iPods are cheaper than their new counterparts, with often the same functionality. Refurbished iPods are also a great way to recycle, and keep e-waste out of drinking water.
  • Download an app that will help you manage data usage. Whether your using an iPad, iPhone, or an iPod (even some generations of used iPods come with wifi or similar), an app can help make all those youtube videos' data usage meaningful.
  • If you're using wifi, or have an iPhone, make sure that you have the best plan. Unlocking or jailbreaking these devices is a great start to shopping around for an affordable data plan, since Verizon and AT&T are both starting to charge for heavy data usage (which is only increasing each year!).
  • Recycle you igadgets. Some places will offer a discount when you save the environment by recycling. (And why not by a used iPod or iPhone to keep the environmental victories going?)
  • Again, buying used and refurbished iPods, iPads, and iPhones is a great way to save money. Apple lovers tend to upgrade on release day, and so many Apple products are used for only a short period of time before being discarded for the latest release,
